I could immediately tell from the initial proposals you sent me that you guys are industry experts who won't try to pigeonhole someone into choosing a generic item so you can get the order in. Your ideas were so much more creative and fun, and I could tell you're actually interested in us getting the most unique and true to our brand swag that we can find, and that's what has endeared me so much to you, to the point that even though there is a bit of a price difference, I still keep coming back and talking to you and getting excited about these projects all over again.
We had an absolutely delightful experience with everyone, but especially with Alissa in coordinating our backpacks! She was fast to respond throughout the whole process, especially at the beginning when we were discussing which backpack to purchase, but really the whole time she has been responsive and extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the product and the customization process, and she really made the whole process as painless as possible. I look forward to working with her with additional products in the future.

While my interactions with the entire Pride team are always so professional, positive and productive, the relationship I have built with Carol is literally what keeps me coming back to Pride for everything. Carol has such a knack for making my job easy and fluid. I rely on her more and more as my time at NFC continues to grow and I view Carol as an extension of my department at the firm…not to mention I think she is just a fabulous person in general. Most recently, Carol and I completed a very significant project for the firm, outfitting our entire team with name placards for their individual workspaces. Carol handled this project from top to bottom with such ease, professionalism, and transparency. She is hands down a problem solver and always responds with a can do attitude.
Being in the service business, I realize that our clients have choices and it is the unique experience we provide that truly sets us apart. [D]espite the challenge with the hot sauce our team was not upset at all; it has given our attorneys an opportunity to follow up post-event and send the sauces in the mail for an extra touch. I also was so impressed with how quickly everyone mobilized to try to replace the bottles.
